Primary care:
- We have strong primary care practice. We believe that continuity of care is very important. We not only see you in our office, but also follow you when you are admitted to Medina Hospital. We also follow you when you are admitted to Nursing homes, assisted living facilities or group homes in this area.
- Due to state of art fully functional certified Electronic Medical Record , it is very easy for us to track your care in different settings & also to communicate with other physician. When you move out of area, we will provide you free of charge your record in digital format. If your physician has capabilities, we can also transfer your record electronically to other providers.
- Due to patient portal function of our Electronic Medical record, you can always access & if needed take your record wherever you want to take it, or review, whenever you want to.
- We can draw lab in our office & send them to labs for testing.
- We have been providing Annual Wellness Visit & Welcome to Medicare examination for Medicare beneficiary. This is no cost for these preventive services that are fully paid by Medicare.
- We provide most of routine adult immunization in our office.
- Our team of 3 internal medicine board certified primary care provider & 3 nurse practitioners are available to take care of your primary care needs.
- We are participating with most of insurance plans in this area.
Geriatrics (Senior care):
Dr. Shobha Khandelwal ,MD is board certified in Internal Medicine & Geriatric Medicine and focuses on the management of complex elderly patients. She is a strong advocate for senior patients and recognizes their care involves a multidisciplinary team as well as family and care-givers.
Pulmonary Medicine (Lung Disease):
Dr. Anand V. Khandelwal, MD is board certified in pulmonary medicine. He has been serving Medina county since 1987. In office testing include 6 minute walk tests, Spirometry,
Sleep medicine:
Dr. Anand V. Khandelwal, MD is board certified by America board of sleep medicine & also by American board of internal medicine in sub-speciality of sleep medicine. He serves as a sleep medicine consultant for the Cleveland Clinic. He has a wide range of services including home sleep study evaluations.
